The city has restrictions on the number of people who stay at the house and a limit on cars. In general, parties are not allowed, but some special events are considered. There is a state parking lot across the street that has availability, subject to surf conditions, and is open until 10:00pm.
Perfect vacation. Entire family had a super time. The house did not lack for anything!! We will be going back!!
